Hi, I’m Kaitlin McGrath, and I’ve dedicated my life to caring for pets since I was just 12 years old, walking dogs in my neighborhood. My passion for animals grew even stronger when I began working at Belmont Pet Shop in 2000 at the age of 14. After graduating high school in 2005, I pursued my studies in business and animal care, focusing on dog and cat nutrition, behavior, and psychology. I later attended the Massachusetts Academy of Canine Cosmetology, where I trained as a professional groomer—and I’ve been grooming ever since! In 2017, I proudly became the owner of Belmont Pet Shop, continuing its long-standing tradition of exceptional care for pets and their families. Alongside me is a dedicated team that shares my passion for pets. Our team completes daily product training to ensure they’re always up-to-date on the best nutrition, grooming, and wellness solutions for your pets.
